Hello All

I am a forestry undergrad student at the University of Toronto and
have begun a project aiming at the feasibility of incorporating trees
into zoning by-law specifications in order to increase the available
land for existing trees as well as future plantings.

Below is a survey in 2 parts. If you would take a minute (literally)
to complete it, it would help me out greatly. The second part has a
few more questions, but should only take another 2 minutes.

Please hit "reply" and complete the survey on the reply screen by
placing an "X" next to your answer or filling in the given space.

Furthermore, attached is an informed consent form. This ensures
confidentiality for your participation in this study

Thank You in Advance
