[CANUFNET] President Obama's proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2011 has been announced- U.S. Forest Service budget summary

It is encouraging to see in these times of budget cutbacks, that support 
for Urban and Community Forestry by the U.S. Forest Service is increasing.

I note that Corporate Goal #6 ( page 8) is actually supported with 
spending increases of 6% ( page 41).

I'm impressed with the efforts of organizations such as the Society of 
Municipal Arborists which helps demonstrate that support for urban trees 
pays us all back.
