Hello Everyone,
The Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association (NOMA), which comprises 36 municipalities, passed unanimously the resolution "A Federal and Provincial Role in Urban Forestry" at their recent AGM.   For your information, I have attached the letter and resolution sent to NOMA by the Northwestern Ontario Emerald Ash Borer Task Force.
