[CANUFNET] Tree Height restrictions

There are many municipal By-laws in Ontario that restrict the height of
tree, hedges and shrubs in specific areas such as sight triangles, under
power lines, etc.
There is a growing trend in the USA (California counties and cities in
particular) to use zoning ordinances to regulate the maximum height of
property line trees and hedges. These restrictions vary widely.
Subdivisions may also restrict tree height in their covenants,
conditions and restrictions. Height restrictions on trees are being put
in place for "safety" reasons and to avoid neighbour disputes. It is a
growing trend....
