Hi Andy.

We do forest stewardship activities on private lands.  Planting, inventory, design, tending, thinning, invasive species control, weeding, soil remediation, hazard tree management, erosion control, trail construction and maintenance, monitoring, insect and disease management. Anything that’s needed.

I’m looking for any examples you might be aware of dealing with urban forestry initiatives on PRIVATE land.  More specifically individuals, programs or groups that promote urban forestry beyond tree planting.  Of course tree maintenance on private property is well established but I’m thinking more of pro-active efforts around planning and management.
