[CANUFNET] Thomson - Phragmites & OIPC

It looks like it used to be an agricultural field.  In the dry season could you spray it to kill the phragmites, then plough it up and reforest it densely to keep it from coming back?

Hi Hayley. We have a large phragmites project that we’ll begin to tackle (Thomson property) over the next 3 years. I was on your website last week & reviewed what’s there. If you have anything you cold share, even experts, I’d appreciate. The local conservation authority is involved, not sure if the OIPC would be interested.
