Subject: [CANUFNET] Urban Forest Storm Response Protocols
Good afternoon everyone. Last summer the City of Saskatoon experienced 3 significant wind events that had an impact on our urban forest. While we did a good job responding we have no formal framework in place as to how to effectively respond to storms should they hit again. I would like to know what formal response plans some of the other municipalities have out there. We will be developing ours and would like to see what others have been incorporating into theirs.
Thank you in advance.
Geoff McLeod
