[CANUFNET] Boundary Agreements

Hello !

I am wondering if anyone has encountered the removal of a "shared" tree (i.e. a tree situated directly on a property boundary). In particular Im looking for sample agreements that are signed by the adjacent landowners. If anyone can share an example of what they may have it would be much appreciated.
