[CANUFNET] Bylaw/s that would address plantings that occur on private property

Hello Municipal partners,


I was asked to research and comment (do a report) on the potential creation of a bylaw that would address tree plantings that occur on private property, to see if they(bylaws) could exercise any controls over what or where a resident can plant? I welcome any and all comments.
