[CANUFNET] Ash Species Rating

Hello.  

I would be interested in hearing from others who have dealt with appraisal of ash in context of EAB.

A contractor has encroached on EP lands and removed vegetation, some of which includes ash.  Compensation will be determined using the Trunk Formula Method.  The municipality is in Simcoe County (Ontario) and EAB has been detected in several locations in the county.   ISA Ontario has listed the species rating for Ash as 69-75%.  Given EAB, there may be justification in lowering the species rating, but I am wondering what others have been comfortable with.
