EAB regulated areas have been expanded in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, as this AIS continues to spread across both Canada and the USA. A link to the new mapping (Canada only) and recent CFIA News Release is copied below.

News Release – Expansion of regulated areas for emerald ash borer
January 27, 2017 - Ottawa, ON - Canadian Food Inspection Agency
To slow the spread of emerald ash borer into new parts of Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is expanding areas regulated to control emerald ash borer to include the city of Thunder Bay in Ontario, as well as the Municipalités Régionales de Comtés of Joliette and D'Autray in Quebec.

Le 27 janvier 2017 - Ottawa (Ontario) - Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments
Afin de ralentir la propagation de l'agrile du frêne dans de nouvelles régions du Canada, l'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments (ACIA) élargit les zones réglementées de lutte contre l'agrile du frêne afin d'inclure la ville de Thunder Bay, en Ontario, ainsi que les municipalités régionales de comté de Joliette et de D'Autray, au Québec.
