When I was chair of the ISAO RPAC in February 2017, I researched and presented the draft of the 10th edition to the membership. I have made a pdf of it to send along to those interested. I do not think any changes were made and there were a lot of concerns - e.g. no longer a species factor. best Jack Radecki
