[CANUFNET] FW: Looking for Feedback on Newmarket's New Draft Private Tree Bylaw

Whatever your final draft ends up looking like, have someone knowledgeable
of the industry give it a thorough read and play devil’s advocate, looking
for loopholes or any other ways to cheat or get around the bylaw. One
helpful thing might be to stipulate that any reporting can’t be done by the
same company that would be doing the actual work (e.g., removal).
