[CANUFNET] CUFN Ontario Workshop: Save the date!

Afternoon Canufnet members,

We are excited to announce the upcoming CUFN Ontario regional workshop "Connecting Research and Practice for Urban Woodland Management" January 27th, 2026 with an additional day-two workshop on "Monitoring Species at Risk: Black Ash".

Join University of Toronto's Forestry at Daniels, the City of Toronto, and Tree Canada for a day of collaboration and knowledge-sharing as we explore the health of Southern Ontario's forests and natural areas, and the research contributing to their monitoring and management across urban and peri-urban spaces. This day will include a keynote speaker, an expert panel, and collaborative group discussions.

Where: Koffler House, 569 Spadina Crescent, University of Toronto
When: January 27th, 2026 9-3pm EDT
