o        deeply committed employee of Housing Help, who advocates for
disadvantaged clients

Marvyn Novick: Keynote Speaker 

Professor Emeritus, Ryerson University, and leading contributor to social
policy debate in Canada, currently focused on national strategies for
poverty reduction
