VET CLINIC INFORMATION SHEET

 

 

 

DATE:  February 23, 2008 

TIME:  2pm - 6pm

 

*	Veterinarian will be available at The Ottawa Mission in the
Chapel free of charge.
*	Ideal clients would be those individuals living on the street
with animals who have no access to vet services.
*	In order to be referred a client they MUST be a recipient of OW
or ODSP and have proof of that. 
*	There is a limit of 3 animals per client!

 

 

If you have a client you would like to refer to the program, please feel
free to contact me directly. ASAP as spots fill up very quickly!!!
