VET CLINIC INFORMATION SHEET
 
 
 
DATE:  February 23, 2008 
TIME:  2pm – 6pm
 

Veterinarian will be available at The Ottawa Mission in the Chapel free of charge.
Ideal clients would be those individuals living on the street with animals who have no access to vet services.
In order to be referred a client they MUST be a recipient of OW or ODSP and have proof of that. 
There is a limit of 3 animals per client!
 
 
If you have a client you would like to refer to the program, please feel free to contact me directly. ASAP as spots fill up very quickly!!!
