"Canada urgently needs a comprehensive national housing strategy that includes ending homelessness as a top priority." That's the lead from a new policy paper to be released on Wednesday morning by the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association at its annual conference, which is being held in Toronto. The policy paper sets out nine key principles to re-engage all levels of government and non-governmental groups in a comprehensive and fully-funded national housing strategy.
