Proposed Official Plan Amendment
Comprehensive Five-Year Official Plan Review 

Notice is hereby provided that the Infrastructure Services and Community
Sustainability Department at the City of Ottawa is proposing an amendment to
the Official Plan. 

Purpose and effect of the proposed amendment 

The proposed amendment results from a comprehensive five-year review of the
Official Plan as required by the Planning Act.  This amendment affects land
use throughout the City of Ottawa in both the urban and rural areas.  A

Examen quinquennal détaillé du Plan officiel 

Avis est par la présente donné que Services d’infrastructure et Viabilité
des collectivités de la Ville d’Ottawa propose une modification au Plan
officiel.

Objet et effet de la modification proposée 

La modification proposée fait suite à une révision quinquennale du Plan
officiel, exigée en vertu de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire. Elle
concerne l’utilisation du sol sur l’ensemble du territoire municipal, tant
dans les secteurs urbains que ruraux. On peut consulter la liste détaillée

écrites à la Ville d’Ottawa avant que la modification proposée au Plan
officiel ne soit adoptée par le Conseil municipal, cette personne ou cet
organisme public ne pourra pas interjeter appel de la décision du ministre
des Affaires municipales devant la Commission des affaires municipales de
l'Ontario.
