Notably for ODSP Action Coalition members and supporters, three of their
recommendations coincide with our concerns and key demands:  Recommendation
1--That the province establish an independent panel to set OW and ODSP
rates, based on actual cost of shelter, basic needs, etc.   Recommendation
3—that the government undertake a review of ODSP to identify barriers to
access and implement changes to the application process; and Recommendation
5 that the provincial government expand its poverty reduction target to
include all Ontarians in poverty, not just children.
