Hi all, 

Lifestyle Enrichment for Senior Adults (LESA) and the Ontario Works
Addiction Services Initiative (ASI) co-facilitate a skills
development/mutual support group for men & women between the ages of 55 and
65 years, that are in receipt of financial assistance and have been (or
still are) street-involved.

We run in 6 week sessions for six, 1½ hour groups, meeting once weekly.
There will be a break of up to a month between sessions, then we pick up
again. We cover topics like grief & grieving, anger, models of addiction,
methods of recovery, letting go, cognitive distortions, etc,.

We have a six-group session starting on Feb-16, through to Mar-30. We
haven't set the curriculum yet, it will depend on how many new people we
get.

If you think that your clients might be interested please let them know that
they are welcome.

questions.
