Last year our Community Capacity Building Training programs
had an overwhelming show of interest.
We recognise your needs and how important it is for you to have tools
to respond to the issues of homelessness in our community.
We know that because of the demand, some of you were placed on waiting lists.
We have scheduled repeat performances of the most popular topics.
You will be notified if you were on a wait list.
It has also made it necessary for us to re-emphasis our 'no show' policy.
Failure to attend sessions that you have registered for
prevents others from the opportunity to learn and network.
It can also jeopardize the CCB teams' relationship with our presenters,
many donate their time and expertise for your benefit.

Our No-Show Policy
If you cannot make a session that you have registered for
Please take the appropriate steps, so that someone on the waiting list could fill your seat.
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance - 
call 613-580-2424 ext 15696, or e-mail the address where you registered 
homelessnessccb at ottawa.ca

If a person fails to attend or cancel registration
the CCB team will limit the next registration to "wait list" status.
We know that your jobs sometimes have unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances
- just let us know and we can waive the 'no-show' status.
