Operation Go Home is now seeking applicants for the next rotation of the Job Action Centre (JAC).

The Job Action Centre is a 7 week paid employment program for youth who want to find stable employment.

The program provides workshops on resumes and cover letters, interview techniques, self-marketing, tapping into the hidden job market, and ongoing job search support.

Details can be found on the attached poster.

Eligibilty Criteria:

- 16-30 years old
- Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
- Unemployed and out of school
- Not eligible for Employment Insurance 
- Ready and willing to look for long-term stable employment
- Have a Social Insurance Number

The next rotation for the Job Action Centre will begin June 8, 2009. 

All interested applicants must apply in person by Friday May 29th at Operation Go Home, 179 Murray Street between the hours of 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Spots are limited and are determined on a first-come first-served basis.
