Resilience and compassion are two of the greatest strengths we can have.
They are qualities that provide us the energy to continue to care not only
for ourselves but for others as well.  The workshop will present ways that
we can nurture our compassion and resilience so we can continue to walk
proudly on our journey.

Cost:  $20 for Service Providers/ Donation by Community
