Tewegan Transition House (Aboriginal Youth Non-Profit Housing Corporation)
is a 12 bed Transition House for young First Nation, Inuit and Métis women
ages 16-29 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Tewegan
provides 24/7 support, crisis counseling, housing support, life skills and
cultural / traditional teachings.

 

If you have Board experience, comprehensive knowledge of government agencies
and funding streams, and experience in fundraising. This could be your
opportunity to use those skills to make a difference in the lives of
Aboriginal youth.

 

Please state your interest in Tewegan Transition House and if you have prior
Board experience.

This is a volunteer position (no remuneration).
