It is my pleasure to attach notification of a noon hour colloquium with Dr.
Sarah Birnie titled, “ Is it Cost-Effective to Provide More Intensive
Services for Homeless Individuals with Severe Mental Illness?” to be held at
the University of Ottawa on April 28 in the Desmarais Building, Room 3105.
Sarah has collaborated extensively with Prof. Tim Aubry of the  Centre for
Research on Educational and Community Services at University of Ottawa on
the topic of homelessness.  A light lunch will be served. Please RSVP to
