Leadership Ottawa (LO) is preparing another exciting 9-month leadership
development experience commencing September 30, 2010. The LO experience
is designed to give participants a greater understanding of the many
issues facing their own role they play in their community: their
workplace, neighborhood, family, church, etc. It builds on diverse
backgrounds, passions and talents, sectors, employment classifications,
knowledge and experience. 

 

Leadership Ottawa's mission is to broaden the leadership skills and
expertise of committed action-oriented individuals.   We do this by
connecting you with the knowledge, tools, experience and networks you
need to strengthen your communities and organizations. 

 

Leadership Ottawa will invite the most diversified group of 28 Social
Innovators in its 10-year history.  We choose from all social, cultural,
racial, age, genders & other life and work experience to participate in
this 9 month Journey.  Community leaders will emerge with a deeper sense
of common ground and a shared vision for a caring, healthy and thriving
Ottawa community

 

It is our belief that, you share in our goal to create a vibrant,
healthy, and compassionate community.  Join Leadership Ottawa on this
quest to co-create unique, extra-ordinary outcomes. Together, we will
re-invent a more vibrant social, cultural and economic habitat for us
all, through imagining, questioning, innovating and co-creating
connected communities!!!!
