Attached is a two-page summary analysis of the 2010 Draft Budget prepared by
economist David Macdonald.

 

This is the analysis that People for a Better Ottawa has used in the
preparation of our Key Messages and our Open Letter to Council, sent
previously.

 

Again, we are sending it as a resource for the wider community for the
upcoming deputations to City Council.
