 The Urban Aboriginal Diabetes program Presents:

 

   Diabetes Conversations

 

An afternoon of conversation, learning, food and fun! Learn about
diabetes, self-management skills,

healthy eating, activity, the importance of foot care and more!

 

'Diabetes Conversations' Group Sessions will be held each month at
Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health.

 

The first group session will take place:

 

Date:             Wednesday, OCTOBER 20TH, 2010 

 
Time:             1:00 - 5:00 pm

 
Location:      Lower Level- Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health

 

Please encourage clients who have diabetes or are at risk for developing
diabetes to register for this event.

A flyer is attached to this email which you are more than welcome to
distribute J
