Dear suicide prevention supporters,

 I'm adding my own request to Scott Chisholm's below to make our concert on Sept. 10 a success. We all want to have a great turn-out for this fabulous concert so it would be great if each of the partners could sell a minimum of 10 tickets. It will be challenging to fill up Centrepointe Theatre but this would be a great start.

Hi Renée,

I would like to invite you and all of the partners of the Ottawa Suicide Prevention Coalition and other groups to a celebration of World Suicide Prevention Day (Sept.10th) featuring three time Juno Award winner Susan Aglukark and Irish rock band Friends of Emmet.

As you know, ticket sales for any event for suicide awareness is challenging due to the continued stigma that surrounds suicide. I am asking for you to forwards this email to all task force members and in turn I am asking everyone from each organization to sell ten (10) tickets. These would be personal tickets that colleagues, friends and family would purchase.

As we work together in inviting family, friends and colleagues to join us in an evening of music and entertainment we will also be educating and empowering the City of Ottawa (and region) in becoming a suicide safer community.
