[homeles_ot-l] Frostbite Warning in Effect for Sunday January 23, 2010 - Avertissement concernant les engelures

The Medical Officer of Health has issued a Frostbite Warning to ensure people take appropriate precautions before heading outside and to encourage homeless people to get in from the cold. This warning is in effect for Sunday January 23, 2011.

Le médecin chef en santé publique a émis un avertissement concernant les engelures afin que les gens n’oublient pas de prendre les précautions nécessaires avant de s’aventurer dehors et d’encourager les sans-abri à ne pas rester dehors au froid. Cet avis est en effet le 23 janvier 2011.
