The Financial Accessibility Committee of CMHA Ottawa has identified improving access to dental care for ODSP recipients as one of their priority issues.  We've had input from service providers and ODSP recipients indicating there are concerns about access to dental care. Our first step is to collect more information about the issue.  We are asking for service providers and ODSP recipients to help us.  Please complete the brief survey on Access to Dental Care for ODSP Recipients found on the link at the bottom of this message.

Information collected through this survey will help us to develop an action plan on this issue.   Please feel free to circulate this survey to relevant service providers and community members.
