Stigma: Origins, Consequences, and Implications for Health Professionals

 

Wednesday, October 12, 2011 

 

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) will be hosting a half-day presentation for service providers on Wednesday, October 12, 2011, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the R.A. Centre, in Ottawa. Dr. David Goldbloom, Senior Medical Advisor, Education and Public Affairs at CAMH and Vice-Chair of the Mental Health Commission of Canada, will be the keynote presenter. Dr. Goldbloom will be presenting in English and will answer questions in English and French.

Les préjugés : leurs origines, leurs conséquences et leurs incidences sur le travail des professionnels de la santé

 

Le mercredi 12 octobre 2011

 

Le Centre de toxicomanie et de santé mentale (CAMH) offre une conférence d'une demi-journée aux professionnels de la santé, le mercredi 12 octobre 2011, de 13 h à 16 h, au Centre R.A., à Ottawa. Le conférencier principal, le Dr David Goldbloom, conseiller médical en chef, Éducation et Affaires publiques à CAMH, et vice-président du conseil d'administration de la Commission de la santé mentale, présentera un exposé en anglais et répondra aux questions des participants en anglais et en français.
