Dear Past, Present and Future Friends,

 

 

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that Ottawa Salus invites you to join us in celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week on May 9th 2012 from 2 pm - 6pm.

 

Our staff, clients and tenants will provide you with information on our history, our present and future endeavors, and a tour of our facilities.

 

Salus is the Latin word for well being, and this is what Ottawa Salus has been promoting for over 35 years. We are a non-profit organization providing services for individuals living with mental illness.  We focus on the growth and development of the individual and his/her well-being in the community.   We are known in Ottawa for our quality housing as well as a wide range of mental health services such as case management, community development, rehabilitation, recreology and occupational therapy.

Please join us in our efforts on May 9th to increase mental health awareness in the community.

C'est avec fierté et enthousiasme que Salus d'Ottawa vous invite à vous joindre à nous pour célébrer la semaine de sensibilisation à la santé mentale. Lors de notre toute première journée portes ouvertes, le 9 mai 2012 de 14h à 18h, notre personnel et nos clients vous informeront au sujet de notre historique, nos efforts actuels et anticipés, et nous vous accompagnerons dans la visite de nos installations.

Salus est le mot latin pour bien-être. C'est ce que Salus d'Ottawa, une organisation à but non lucratif, accompli depuis 35 ans. En desservant les personnes ayant des problèmes de santé mentale, nous nous concentrons sur la croissance et l'épanouissement de l'individu et son 

bien-être dans la communauté.  En plus d'offrir un service de logement de qualité, nous offrons une gamme de services en santé mentale qui inclut la réadaptation, l'accompagnement, 

le développement communautaire, les loisirs et l'ergothérapie.  

S'il vous plaît, joignez-vous à nous pour célébrer nos efforts de conscientisation. Venez avec vos amis et votre famille, au 2000 Scott (coin de Athlone) le 9 mai prochain et constater ce que nous accomplissons!
