Our first story of 2012 is from Ask Me Ottawa campaign volunteer Darcy  
Knoll on why every contribution is significant.

"Although it is an ongoing effort, the incremental successes in ending  
homelessness in Ottawa are the product of individuals offering a  
couple hours a week, a month or a year. While it can be hard seeing  
the forest for the trees, you can be sure that the forest is full of  
people just like us. What may seem insignificant adds up – not as  
quickly as we may want sometimes, but it does nonetheless." Read the
