How's this for the flyer?  The date cuts it close to the party but the board
can make the decision that Thursday night and we get can the engraving done
on Friday.

Hi all, so we had a great xmas party meeting this morning and I have
attached our notes for who is doing what.  It is pretty much the same plan
as last year.  Please discuss with your team what they are responsible for
and remind staff that they are not paid OT for this time.

 

Attached is also the agenda for the day.

 

A few notes that need immediate attention:

 

.         We need more door prizes - Karen will you do this?

.         Rachel - will the dance group perform that day?

.         Strong parents award - what needs to get done for this?

.         We need xmas art from the children to put on the walls - from all
programs please

.         Will Oscar be the MC?  Sherry will ask

 

I think that is it - 12 work days left before the party J
