Please see the attached poster for "Courage: An 8 Week Expressive Arts Workshop Exploring the Courage of Living Life with Chronic Pain." The series is taking place as a part of the "Footprints: Creativity, Recovery, and Mental Health" project, and is designed to help those living with chronic pain to work through the pain and express themselves through art both individually and as a group. There will be creative journaling, collage, drumming, and more!
