*Thursday, October 18th, 2012—Conflict Resolution Day and the official
launch of Community Mediation Ottawa is less than three weeks away!*

Please feel free to pass this along to anyone who you think would be
interested in attending our launch or knowing about our service.****

*Community Mediation Ottawa *provides free intervention services (mediation
or facilitation) to individuals, neighbours, landlords, tenants and
community organizations in Ottawa who find themselves in conflict and would
like to select a positive approach to addressing their issues. *Community
Mediation Ottawa* provides the assistance of trained volunteer mediators to
support these individuals in having the kinds of conversations that find
solutions and build community.****

La *médiation communautaire d’Ottawa* offre, sans frais, des services
d’intervention (médiation ou facilitation) aux individus, aux voisins, aux
locataires ou propriétaires, et aux organisations communautaires d’Ottawa
qui se retrouvent dans un conflit et qui veulent choisir une approche
positive pour répondre à leurs problèmes. La*médiation communautaire
d’Ottawa* offre l’assistance d’un médiateur (trice) bénévole qualifié qui
aide les parties à avoir des conversations dans le but de trouver des
solutions et construire les communauté.****
