Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) is seeking a


DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


In this position, you will:

*          create new affordable housing consistent with CCOC's mission and values

*          manage the planning, financing and construction of new developments or acquisitions

*          coordinate the redevelopment and renewal of existing CCOC properties

*          provide policy advice on property development, urban planning and financing for affordable housing

*          act as a development consultant to other non-profit organizations

CCOC is a community owned, tenant and member directed non-profit housing corporation that creates, maintains and promotes housing for low and moderate income people.  With 38 years of experience and almost 1600 units in 54 properties, CCOC has become a leader in innovative housing development and management.  CCOC sometimes does development work through a sister organization called the Centretown Affordable Housing Development Corporation (CAHDCO). Salary: $60,500 to $72,240 (2013 range) plus OMERS pension and generous benefits.
