As a part of the Footprints Project, Artswell and Ottawa Salus are hosting an 8-week workshop series called "ArtPlay: Managing Anxiety and Depression Through the Arts", which will focus on strategies for dealing with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression and activities for self-expression and relaxation. This series is open to clients from any agency, so please pass the poster on to your networks.
