(3) Call for Applications, Crime Prevention Ottawa
Reactions to Trauma at the Community Level
Crime Prevention Ottawa has recently begun to explore the issue of trauma in
neighbourhoods through the work of the Ottawa Gang Strategys Post-Incident
Support Protocol. We are now seeking an experienced researcher and
partnering community agency to contribute to our understanding of this
complex issue through an analysis of community level reactions to multiple,
interconnected forms of trauma. For further information about this

Les responsables de Prévention du crime Ottawa se penchent depuis peu sur la
question des incidents majeurs vécus par les communautés dans le cadre du
protocole post-incident de soutien à la communauté découlant de la Stratégie
dOttawa sur les bandes de rue. Nous souhaitons retenir les services dun
chercheur dexpérience et dun organisme communautaire partenaire pour mieux
comprendre cette question complexe grâce à une analyse des réactions de la
communauté à de multiples formes de traumatismes reliées entre elles. Pour
