ODSP Application Support Program

 

Announcement May 8th, 2013

 

Centre 454 wishes to inform the community that Ms. Jamie Lee, ODSP
Application Support Worker serving the Ottawa  West/South, will be leaving
her position on May 21, 2014. Centre 454 would like to thank Jamie for her
contribution to the ODSP Application Support Program. We wish Jamie well in
all her future endeavours. Jamie has been a dedicated member of the Centre
454  since 2007 and has held various positions within the organization. She
has been with the ODSP program since December 2011. 

 

Please note that Jamie will no longer be taking new referrals. The ODSP
Application Support Program will not be able to accept any new referrals
until a new worker has been hired and trained in the position.
