Job Posting: Development Officer
CCOC is hiring a Development Officer to assist in developing new affordable housing for both CCOC and the Centretown Affordable Housing Development Corporation (CAHDCO).
Development Officers are comfortable with big numbers, self-starters with strong organizational skills and project management experience.
Development Officers support the CCOC development committee & CAHDCO board of directors in planning for new affordable housing. The officer also performs the administration of affordable housing construction projects, including monitoring schedule and budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
*          Experience in architectural design, real estate development and municipal land use planning
*          Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
*          Excellent writing skills (English)
