Come learn how the Ottawa Salus Clementine Place is being developed to be one of Canada's most energy efficient buildings.

Ottawa Salus is developing a 42 apartment building to Passive House certification standard. Salus Clementine Place is a supportive affordable Housing First project that will be one of Canada's first multi-unit certified Passive House projects.

Passive House is an environmental design certification that requires buildings to be operated with less than 20% of the energy requirements of a conventional building.

This is a free event but registration is required.
