New guide for residential landlords now available

Crime Prevention Ottawa has released a Safety Guide for Ottawa’s Residential Landlords. The booklet is an indispensable tool that will help landlords create safer buildings and neighbourhoods.

It explains a landlord’s role and responsibilities; gives ideas on promoting safety and security; and outlines the legal options available to combat dangerous activity and victimization.
