The Mindful Way to Self-Care Workshop on April 15th.

This full day training in Ottawa, will not only serve as a rejuvenating day of self-care for any helping professional
but it will also be a valuable learning experience as we take an in depth look into compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and self-care.

Participants will learn to gain control over their stress levels and learn how to reduce it by using practical and meaningful techniques
to sustain ongoing personal and professional self-care.
