Take advantage of one-time special introductory pricing for our new workshops on Dialectal Behaviour Therapy led by our CMHA DBT team with over eleven years of experience! Register at https://dbt-fundamentals.eventbrite.ca.
Co-facilitated by Dr Mercer and Dr Dickson, this three-session workshop will cover the core strategies of DBT. It is designed to help health professionals incorporate DBT skills and strategies essential for improving clinical outcomes.
The workshop will be interactive with the opportunity to practice each skill.
In-between session homework will give you the opportunity to try the skills with your clients. The homework will be reviewed at the beginning of the next session.

Session 2: Change Strategies I

*Content: Chain Behavioural Analysis 1, Core Mindfulness 1, Distress Tolerance
