[homeles_ot-l] Resources in Arabic

Many social service agencies including ours work with newcomers, there is a
lack of resources in Arabic. Our agency had some of these resources
translated and would like to share with the sector.

They include how to look for rental housing, how to apply for subsidized
housing, how to apply to Ontario Works, and where to access legal help.
