We invite you to submit abstracts for your papers, presentations and posters for the next CMHA Mental Health for All Conference, to be held in the Fall of 2018 in Montréal. The deadline for abstracts is April 9, 2018.

The theme for this year’s conference is Ahead by a Century: the shape of things to come. Let’s imagine getting that far ahead.

You are at the helm. You are the leaders, the thinkers, and the scholars; you are the practitioners and workers and people with lived experience. Through your innovative work, we are breaking new ground.

Imagine healthy communities where people thrive and diversity flourishes. Imagine schools that foster resilience in children, campuses where student mental health takes priority, and workplaces that are psychologically safe. And then imagine that, with everything we do, we promote mental health and work to prevent mental illness. That is the future of mental health in Canada, if we make it so.

Nous vous invitons à soumettre vos propositions de présentations pour le prochain Congrès La santé mentale pour tous, qui se tiendra à l’automne 2018 à Montréal. La date limite de soumission de propositions est le 9 avril 2018.

Le thème du congrès de cette année est « Prêts pour un autre siècle : Façonner l’avenir ». Imaginons le prochain siècle.

Vous êtes aux commandes. Vous êtes les leaders, les penseurs et les chercheurs; vous êtes les praticiens, les travailleurs et les personnes ayant un vécu expérientiel de maladie mentale. Grâce à votre travail innovant, nous ouvrons de nouveaux horizons.

Imaginez des communautés saines où les gens s’épanouissent et la diversité est florissante. Imaginez des écoles qui favorisent la résilience chez les enfants, des établissements postsecondaires où la santé mentale des étudiants est la priorité et des milieux de travail qui sont des espaces sains sur le plan psychologique. Puis, imaginez que dans tout ce que nous réalisons, nous faisons la promotion de la santé mentale et travaillons à prévenir la maladie mentale. Si nous nous mobilisons ensemble, voilà ce que sera l’avenir de la santé mentale au Canada.
