The Canadian Mental Health Association Ontario is sponsoring free governance and leadership training in Ottawa on Dec. 6. Registration is required. The training is intended for members of governing boards of health care organizations and their CEOs.  Further information below:

Due to high demand for QI training at the Board and Senior Leadership level, we are hosting another governance and leadership for QI session on December 6 in Ottawa. This session is ideal for those seeking to increase board and leadership engagement and knowledge in QI. The session covers topics such as: the role of boards in driving the QI agenda, QI Plans and change management and will be facilitated by Paula Blackstien-Hirsch.
